To access TaaS Grid, you must register for an account based on your role (Employer, Candidate, Student, or Trainer). You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

• Employers: Must represent legitimate organizations.
• Students/Candidates: Must provide authentic academic and professional records.
• Trainers: Must verify credentials before offering courses.

For Employers: Job postings must be for genuine vacancies. We reserve the right to remove listings that violate labor laws or community standards.
For Candidates: CVs generated via CV Forge or uploaded must truthfully represent your skills. TalentMatch AI provides recommendations based on data matching; it does not guarantee employment.

FYP Bridge: Projects submitted by industry partners are for educational collaboration. Students agree to adhere to milestones and deliverable schedules set by mentors.
IdeaVault: Ideas submitted to the IdeaVault remain the intellectual property of the submitter until a formal collaboration agreement is formed. Plagiarism of ideas is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate ban.

Bidding & Contracts: TaaS Grid acts as a facilitator for commercial projects. Contracts formed between Employers and Freelancers/Agencies are binding.
Payments: All payments for ProjectHub deliverables must be processed through our secure escrow system to ensure fairness. Disputes will be mediated based on the deliverables submitted.

By using TalentMatch AI or CV Forge, you consent to the automated processing of your personal data (skills, experience, preferences) to provide matching services. While our AI strives for accuracy, TaaS Grid is not liable for algorithmic hiring decisions made by third-party employers.

Content Access: Course materials provided via SkillBoost Pro (Corporate) or LearnEdge (Individual) are for the licensed user's personal use only and may not be redistributed.
Certifications: Certificates are issued upon successful completion of assessments. We verify the integrity of the testing process, but do not guarantee third-party recognition of these certificates.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you are found:

• Posting fake jobs or projects.
• Submitting plagiarized academic work.
• Harassing mentors, students, or employers.
• Attempting to bypass the platform's payment systems.
